Yellow body black wings insects?

Those are wasps and that is their nest full of (more) developing wasps.Get a can of wasp/yellowjacket spray and soak them.

Do any one know what kind of insects these are? Kinda orange/yellow body and the wings are?? And do anyone know how to kill or prevent it??? Thanks!
