Probably not, because I think that mating just once will not make eggs fertile, especially a female who's remained virgin all her life. If you really want to know, you can candle the eggs, which you can search up online, because I don't know how to describe it well, and you should check on the female every single day in her nesting box, because some animals ( like my own white-and-gray budgie ) tend to die, sometimes nearly without a reasonable explanation, where their owners cannot see them so it'll lessen their sadness or something, because that is what a lot of dogs and birds and other animals do. Having that said, Good Luck with your budgies!!!
Okay so i have 3 parakeets ..i had 1 pair and one seperate in a big cage with divisions ..so one day i was cleaning so i let them all together and the male started mating with the other budgie thats not his mate...and never mated again but now shes laying eggs and i wanted to know if theyre still going to be fertile.
