yes they will get hurt,but try not disturbing the nest because birds can be very protective of their chicks. if the nest is staying still then leave it be because even the slightest disturbance can let it fall

A sparrow made a nest in my patio and it's about 7 feet off of the concrete ground. They have their feathers & I'm assuming they'll try to fly within a few days. So will they be hurt if they fall on concrete? Should I do anything?
