yes he will I had a similar experience and I ended up keeping him as a pet 4 a while. while he's young you need to give him water with a dropper then what ever he eats mashed up until healthy when he's older you need to teach him to fly and hunt then let him into the wild when he's ready or keep him as a pet

Maybe find a vet and take him there and meanwhile maybe take him home put him in a box in a warm place feed him some seeds and give him plenty of water

this baby bird came wobbling up on my steps, he has feathers but can't fly yet, he dont raise his head to get food either, eyes open... think he can live? I tried to make a little ground nest with a bowl but he jumped out of it and walked over to some brush.... I dont see the mother anywhere.???? what to do? thanks.
