Unless you bought her from the store, and she's still covered by their two week guarantee, they won't allow an exchange. You can only give her up for adoption. No store has any incentive to trade one of their young birds, for your older bird with unknown health/behavior issues.
Will petsmart or petco let me trade in a budgie for another one? I've had her for a while though. Or does anyone know a place I can find to trade in a budgie for another?
