Try having large parrots doing that and you will go bananas! It just means they want attention, food, water, or different toys. Play some soothing music or turn the TV on. My amazons love to watch TV cartoons and love soothing music.
They're fine that's just what they sound like. They're trying to talk to you either because they need attention or food/water or they might just want to be loud and sing. My birds are loud at a certain time everyday without fail so hopefully that helps
