Hi!
I was in my yard near our little river to see how the frog population was doing and to catch tadpoles, but I ended up getting lots of clams, nematodes, and a tiny white leech.
I have never heard of or seen white leeches. It is just a bit translucent, had a brown spot on it's thicker side of the body. Around 1mm long (1cm when stretched), did the inch-worm walk, and is shaped like a leech so I don't think it's a Planaria. The leeches I have caught before were around the same size but black.
Does anyone know what it could be or what type of leech they are?
Sorry I don't have a picture because it was too small and I don't have a good enough camera.
