If you want loyal, get a dog. You might try a cockatiel or budgie as a first bird to learn from. I have heard that males seem to talk more than females. You have the entire internet to learn anything you want to know about birds from, so do lots of research so you don't fail.

I want a Talking and a loyal Parrot.The one which like to go outside and can develop easily and which is beautiful but not too much costly between 50 to 100$.
