What's the worst animal-related smell you've ever experienced? Describe the smell?

Skunk.

Kinda smelled like a----- well a skunk!

At a zoo, I caught a whiff of the porcupine. Like rotting meat. Disgusting to the nth degree.

Good hell, not YOU again. What the crap is wrong with your brain?

Rotten eggs.

Not your usual everyday rotten. This was some nasty stuff. Was walking by a riverbank and didn't notice it until it was too late. Guess it was brought in by the water, from a goose's nest I assume. I broke it with my foot.

It was a few years back and I don't really remember the scent, plus I'm not really good at describing smells, but I know it lingered in that spot by the river for a week. And I was this close to burning my shoes afterwards.

The sight wasn't pretty either. The egg was almost all air, a mixture of god-knows-what poisonous gases, and the bottom third was filled by a gooey, green, half dried-out liquid.

In the middle were stagnated remnants of the wannabe gosling.

Good there weren't maggots.

Anyway, gtg, dinner time! I'm having poached eggs.

Best wishes! :)

Egg farm, chicken manure. Just nasty over and above usual skunk or cow manure odours.

Skunk or burning rubber
