Hi, these do look a bit like lovebirds, however you are correct these are parrotlets. I believe the mutation is called "Turquoise Dilute Split Pastel Parrotlet," they are very beautiful :)

Usually I see parrotlets that are blue or green or white. This parrotlet looks a lot different because it has all the colors and they are faded. By just looking at the picture could anyone tell me what kind these are?
