What is this spider?

This is one of the funnel web weavers, which include grass spiders house spiders and hobo spiders.

All of which are very harmless.

Your little friend looks to be in the Agelenopsis genus, commonly called grass spiders.

(see John R's link)

They are good pest control:

Since Brown Recluses don't spin funnel/sheet webs outside windows, it's not likely to be a Brown Recluse. The very fast Agelenid funnel/sheet web spiders which often go by the name of Grass Spiders do just that, though. They're harmless.

Not a brown recluse .

Sorry if the picture looks bad, it was hard to take (it was high up on the outside window). The spider is a little bigger than a quarter maybe around a silver dollar size. Could it be a brown recluse? I live in ohio btw
