I saw them a few weeks ago but hoovered non stop and cleaned down surfaces, I haven't seen them since until today. I've seen them in my bathroom, my landing bannister, on my bedroom door and downstairs on my sofa and windowsill. At first I thought they were from some underlay that my sister has given me from her flat (and apparently she has worms) as it was on the landing upstairs which leads to my room and the bathroom (where I've seen them). But then I saw them downstairs and I'm not sure what they could be, I'm worried about getting worms. Also, my cats have fleas (I've tried defleaing them) so that may be something, but then I'm not sure why they'd be in the bathroom. I'm trying to include everything to get an accurate answer as I really can't think what these things could be, thanks in advance for answers.
