You realize, of course, that there are approximately forty gazillion different ways to go about hunting any of thirty gazillion different kinds of animal. Your question is so meaningless and vague that you might have well posted, "Hey, guys - I want to know some stuff. You know, stuff. About stuff."

Tigers hide and spring on pray using their claws to hold it and their teeth to kill it . Wolves chase down pray and hold down and eat it till it is dead and eat the rest when they can . Wolves use teeth and stamina .

A coward would not be the best definition. One who shoots or traps (Bullet, arrow or whatever). Some shoot for game. some shoot for food. I prefer the food route. Hunting is the spiritual surroundings of nature. The intense quiet can bring one closer with nature for when they do happen to trap or shoot the chosen animal, they will not feel guilt. Knowing it will feed their family, is a joy.
