Field mice usually eat meat, apples, peaches, pepper, tomatoes, tulip bulbs, tomatoes, pears and macadamia nuts. They also eat oats, wheat, bread, cookies, kidney beans, corn, cat food, dog food and macaroni. Field mice can be found in all places that have moderate temperature, mainly in cities, open fields and forests.

In nature such as fields , mice are largely herbivores, consume any kind of fruit or grain from plants.

Seeds. Nuts if they can find them. They'll nibble on almost anything.
