This is a white face pearl cockatiel. If theare horizontal bars on the tail its a female if not its a male. It can still be tamed. You just need to work with him or her. Start by just letting it get used to your presents try giving it treats through the bars or petting it through the bars if it will let you. Once you build a little trust take her out and let her just hang out with you the more you do this the easier it will be until you create a bond.

Hi I've had my cockatiel for about a year but I can't remember what colour mutation he was when I bought him (pet store -.-)? Unfortunately I haven't taken him out of his cage in a while and he was pretty aggressive when I got him out (bit and tried to get out even with hand towel) I feel bad and want to tame him. Is it possible? Also do you know how to tell if it is a male or female? No stripes under tail? Sings a lot could it be a male? Thanks :)!
