They are cereal mites. Throw out all your mealworms' food, clean the container out well, put new food in the container, put your mealworms back in, and you'll be OK, at least for a long while.

These little white specks keep showing up in my feeder insects and im afraid they might get to by bearded dragon

Can I get rid of them without throwing away all of my feeder insect that i worked really hard on breeding to get to this point

Does mute off work on them

I literally think there are over 500k in my room right now they just cover everything

Also my sister caught 2 green anoles, and wanted to keep them for a few days so i set up the 10 gallon, and they are happily eating, basking and they head bob at each other. (ones a guy and ones a girl) i also caught them mating so ima let them go today because i don't want any baby geckos. Not sure if this helps with the mute thing but what ever
