Its hard to rank given the system you listed but maybe this will help.

Well apes, toothed whales and elephants rank among the top 5 when it comes to smarts so they will be very high. In general it would be apes, then dolphins then the elephants.

Animals that tend to rank not at the top but still within most top 10 lists are (just those on your list)... rats, cats, parrots, crows.

Very bottom of your ranking system would be moose, rabbits and chickens.

As far as monkey it depends on the species as some are way smarter than others... with dogs it depends on the breed as some are way smarter.

The numbers are kind of arbitrary since intelligence is somewhat subjective.
