Chiggers!! Holiday indoor fogger will fix it right up. You might have caught a glimpse of a well fed noseeum. Just kidding! You didn't say where you lived that might make it easier to narrow it down. Anyway, red bugs show up in many gardens and some may have migrated indoors. Buy a box of praying mantis for the garden and dust indoor plants with diatamatiucs (sp) earth, cover with plastic bag and fog the house
