If your birds dont sit on the eggs or they will die and not hatch.....best to read up on yahoo.com( Parakett breeding ) chances are you might have to toss your eggs away.(.and you sholud not have a lovebird in your cage thats your problem ) if only you would of done some reading ,you cannot mix birds...good luck

6 hours is a long time for eggs. It would depend on how long she had previously sat on them. If the eggs were past day 2 or 3 of incubation, they may be lost. All you can do is either wait for her to sit or lay again. Or you can try placing them under another bird.
