Sugar glider diet?

Please follow and choose a proper staple diet for your sugar glider. Some may be pricey to make at first, but they do last a long while for a single pair of sugar gliders and improve their health. There is BML, HPW, and many others. http://www.sugarglider.com/gliderpedia/i...

Mealworms are just a treat, as they are very fatty. Try to limit them. Until you can order or mix up a staple diet, fresh fruit, veggies, scrambled egg and boneless chicken breast will be ok. Do not feed dog food, cat food, bird seed or even 'sugar glider food' found in petstores, I only feed premium high quality dog food when I am away for a bit.

So I've got the diet part down.. It's just how often do I need to feed it?

Like it'll say 8-12 mealworms

A tropical fruit

And fresh water for like Tuesday, but how often do I need to give them the food and how much?

Do I give it all at one time?

Or give like 1 or two every couple hours and then like the fruit for a "midnight snack?" I'm so confused. please no mean answers I'm new to all pet care in general. Thanks in advance
