Fleas would be more likely to run into an ear, but no bug or spider likes ear wax, so they are not going to stay.
Should such thing happen, it is no big deal, they sell ear cleansing kits at pharmacies and drug stores..
Say if you had a spider is your ear and it laid eggs would putting olive oil in your ear get the spider and its eggs out?
