Spider differences?

What's the difference between a wolf spider and a banana spider?

The Banana Spider is known to hide among bananas shipped to the US and is really called the Brazilian Wandering Spider. These spiders are aggressive and very venomous and not intimidated by size (can attack people when threatened).

The wolf spider is1/2 inch to 2 inches long, and hairy with orangeish-brown to grey and black camouflage coloring, with splotches or stripes of color.

Its eight eyes are arranged in three rows of three different sizes, with 2 medium-sized eyes on top of its "head," 2 large eyes center frong, and four small eyes below those.

This spider may also be called the ground spider or the hunting spider ... primarily because it does just that: hunts on the ground.

Wolf spider is a common name given to a family of spiders (Lycosidae)

Banana spider is an ambiguous name, and a number of different spiders are sometimes called banana spider.

Most such spiders are orb wavers like the Nephilla, or Argiope garden spiders.

The Brazilian wandering spider is often called banana spider, as they are sometimes found in shipments of bananas.

Wolf spiders are a significantly different spider than other families of spiders, as would be the Nephilla or the Argiope.

they're entirely different species and live on other continents
