Green check conure (very affectionate and quiet, good at learning tricks)
parakeet/budgie (very common & good begginer bird. Silly, loving & playful)
Caique (not as quiet as the ones listed before but not too loud and very playful and loving)
I know no bird is quiet, that's why I said quietER, as in quieter than most others. I dream to have a bird when I'm older and have my own place. I would like to know what options do I have as a beginner and someone who'd like to live in an apartment or condo, so the bird shouldn't be TOO loud to bother the neighbors too much. And of course small enough to actually fit in a small apartment. And don't worry, I will definitely do TONS of research on the bird I chose.
