Take it to an avian vet if possible. If not, put it in a separate cage or tank and put it in a dark room with a heater over it and cover it with a blanket for an hour and a half. It will work

I saved 2 baby chicks from the flea market. They were about to die of heat. Once I got them cooled down they started to chirp and run around. One of them is acting almost lethargic and won't open it's eyes that often. I'm not sure what I can do for it. If there's any suggestions please share!!! Thank you!!! :)
