Being that they are an extinct species any hypotheses on their behaviors would be speculation and unprovable.

I'm doing a project on saber-tooth cats for school, and I need to know the facts on their mating habits.

Would they have mated like lions? Where they copulate over 100 times? Or only a few times?

I've tried looking on a few websites, but I couldn't find anything.
