Robin seemed to abounded her nest? Hurry!!?

Are there even eggs in it yet..she will not start incubating until all the eggs are laid and they lay one per day..so you cannot be correct that she built a next AND laid eggs all in 2 days. She will be back to lay one egg per day and then incubate them at the end. Leave the nest alone..it is actually illegal for you to touch the nest, eggs, or chicks. Just give her some privacy and do not constantly linger too close to the nest or she may abandon it.

Leave it alone

Its illegal to mess with, own or harass migratory song birds.

Nothing you can do. You can't legally mess with the eggs and need ot leave it alone.

So 2 days ago there was a robin that made a nest on our porch roof. She laid there snuggling a lot. There was a mail lady who said the bird would attack that I needed to take it down. I didn't though. I put another mail box away from the nest, away from the porch. The nest had some like little hay hanging pretty low. so my mom decided to cut the hanging hay. She didn't touch the nest, but... The mother robin hasn't come back... I fear she won't, it has been a day that she hasn't come back. can I save the eggs? Is there a store that sells egg incubator? Please help!!!!!!!!
