QUESTION: SERIOUS AND FAST PLEASE!?

Robins leave the nest before they look ready. No point in putting them back, they won't stay. The parents will feed them wherever they are on the ground or low branch. The best thing you can do is ask your neighbors to keep any cats indoors for two weeks and be careful not to mow over the little things. They'll be fine.

So I'm freaking out right now.. Like I said on the other question, I scared 2 birds (robins) and 1 stayed. Does having feathers-looking like it's ready and hopping around means it's fledged and ready to abandon its nest? Like it would've abandon the nest if I hadn't have scared the baby robins.. THANKS!
