Yes, you are hurting them - and probably killing them.
Yes, it is hurting them and can ultimately kill them due to nutritional deficiencies. If you can't feed your pets properly, you need to find them new homes that can.
I take it upon myself to feed 5 parrots strictly brown rice.....that's what I can afford....is that hurting them.....or potential harmful
