His wing could be broken, even if he can move it. Take him to an avian vet in the morning.
From your description it seems that he may have sprained his wing if not broken it like you said. Take him to the vet asap so the poor thing can get checked out! Have you had his wings clipped before this happened?
It may be broken. But my lovebird does that when we hold him weird or when there is cats around. Move all of his perches to the bottom of his cage for now. touch his wing if he lets you hold it and stretch his feathers out without screaming or biting in fear then it is not broken.
My parrot was sleeping on his perch and fell off and when he fell he started freaking out in his cage trying to fly. He then went back up to his perch and looked stressed and his left wing look really weird and it was shaking. He seemed stressed and kept lifting up his wing that I believe to be broken. Is his wing broken? I wouldn't think he would be able to move it up like he keeps doing. If it is broke what do I do it's the middle of the night and the vets not open
