Step 1: turn up the heat so it dont die from the cold.
Step 2: hissers are nocturnal so wait till night to look for it.
Step 3: unless you want fruit flies i suggest not puting out any food.
Step 4: get a better cage/lid.
Thats what i would do if mine got lose hope this helped.
