this is normal during mating seasons male birds tend to get "horny" and aggressive and loud. No your bird does not want to mate with you.,

just wondering is this a heat cycle or do they do this all time? He is male and does get a bit aggressive once in awhile not sure if he wants to mate with me or what because it seems to go hand in hand. He nips me i put him on his cage and he humps the plate i leave up there for his treats.
