Okay love, before you start to put her down take hold of both back feet "before" you start to put her down. Every rabbit does this. When you pick her up also hold her back feet so she can't scratch you.

When holding her, she is calm but as soon as I try to put her on the ground she starts like spazzing in my hands. And also when I take her outside, when she sees the grass she starts twisting in my hands aand scratching me. Why does she do this?I need her to stop, because she scratches me, and probably hurts amd stresses her.
