Your female bird had laid her first clutch that was infertile. You should remove the eggs that were previously laid, in fact remove them all so far and let the female rest before she lays her next clutch, it takes a lot out of them so provide her with cuttle bone, mineral blocks and fresh water allowing her to regain her energy to start the second clutch
