I like to use Neosporin - it's an external use antibiotic for cuts and scrapes - and put a tiny amount on before covering the bird up for the night. The boo boo will heal 2x to 3x quicker with a little tiny bit of that put on for a few days. The name brand stuff works better than the generic stuff.
My 16 year old african grey flew into something and i think it cut her. Its a tiny cut by her nose. Its not like bleeding or anything. What should i do? Will it heal or should we take her to the vet?
