You haven't given much information. How long have you had him? was he a hand raised baby? have you done and training? how old is he? is he finger trained??????

Hi~ I really need help with my Quaker Parrot. He bittes my dad really hard. But even so he sometimes doesn't bite him. but he does bite really hard and makes him bleed. What can I do to stop it? This Parrot is not really well behaved. I've tried every thing but things don't seem to work out please help!
