Moth laid eggs on hand...?

You don't remove them, without killing them. Those there moths could be the brain eating kind, so you best make a decision quick. While you still can

So I'm outside trying to pick up some dead leaves when a moth nearly the size of my palm (light brown with pink underwings and a dark oblong/round circle on both sides) climbs on and just stays. While waiting for it to fly off I noticed it laid about 5 eggs on my finger at which point I did shoo it but my question now is... how do I remove them without harming them? I have no idea if they're even fertile but I'm not going to take the risk.
