There is absolutely no chance a leopard will defeat any of the bigger cats. When it comes to felids in the Panthera genus (tiger, lion, jaguar, leopard), the biggest one will win. Against other animals this is different, as pantherines are physically built to take down animals larger than themselves.
A 60kg (132lb) leopard isn't doing anything to a 190kg (420lb) African lion.
