Lovebird is sick?! Please help!!! (with pictures)?

Call your local vet, feed store, or pet store and ask for a livestock antibiotic. It should be pretty cheap. Mix a tiny amount with water and if you have an eye dropper try to get her to take a few drops. Then mix it in their drinking water, a tiny, tiny amount. The water should be a very light yellow. Keep this in their water for the next two weeks. And remember tiny amounts, don't over dose your babies. Good Luck.

I just bought this little girl about a month ago, along with her mate. About a week in she was showing signs of a cold (slightly runny nose, puffing up in the evenings, hiding in her house all the time) but I couldn't bring her to a vet because we have no vets licences for birds nearby. I upped the heat in the room and had a warm humidifier going throughout the day. She has been perfectly lively and although she was raised on a seed diet has taken to peeled and cored apples and unbuttered popcorn very well. After about a week or so of this, she seemed have recovered and was no longer showing any of the above symptoms, besides a little puffing at night but I was told that's normal. However, I just saw this today (it was not anywhere near this bad the first time) although she is still eating and playing around. What do I do? Will bringing her to a normal vet help? What would a shot/medicine cost? I'm a little low on cash at the moment
