I wouldn't leave her. See if the local pet store will keep her while you're gone. Or maybe get a friend to stay in the house. Being alone will stress her badly.

Get a pet sitter who will stay at your house and give her attention. That way she will be comfortable in her own home instead of in a strange pet store overnight, especially for that many days.

She'll be okay. But she will also be glad to see you when you come back. Don't worry about her.
