That would be great as long as it's not kept outside. Budgies are very sensitive to drafts and extreme weather.they'll definitely die if kept outside. But if it were kept inside and wasn't filled with too many budgies I think it's perfect.

They would like that very much over a birdcage, I would think. You might have to add a double door to keep them from escaping when you opened the door for any reason, though.

I'm looking into owning budgies. I can't have them loose in the house but I want them to have enough space so I've decided an aviary would be best. I've found one that seems really good but I want to make sure it's suitable.
