
No, just by the lighter colour, dark stripes on the abdomen and appearance of the legs it looks like a wolf spider. You may not even find hobos where you live.
I agree with erin. The photo isn't clear enough to tell with any certainty what it is, but it's clear enough to tell that it isn't a hobo spider. The large black stripes remind me of Rabidosa wolf spiders, though.

No, that is definately not a hobo spider. That is distincly a common Wolf/Ground spider. The shape of the body, hair, and stripes are indicators of it being a Wolf/ Ground spider. Huntsman Spiders (a type of ground/wolf spider) can get very large, I found one in Pueblo, CO that was the size of a gift card. In addition, if you live in North America, esp. the United States hobo spiders are extremely rare.
I've now found two of these spiders in my house today, I can't tell what kind of spider it is, but It looks a lot bigger in person than in the photo.
