Nope; it's just one of many kinds of beetle. Bed bugs are quite different (see link below)- look especially at the hard wing covers and the 'two-part' body shield on the beetle.

I saw it's antennas and thought they were to long. Am I wrong is this a bed female bed bug? I found it on the carpet by my couch. I've looked at many pictures still just can't tell please answer
