Well, this spider is well beyond identification, short of a microscope, but the best I can tell you is any spider with noticeable hairs on the legs or bands such as this, will be quite harmless.
As a guess, this may be a wolf spider.

I know I wacked the crap out of it but there are some distinct rings around the legs and this spider was very dark in color. We live in Colorado and I can't find anything that looked similar on all the websites. Please help.also it was about the size of a quarter legs included.
