My cockatiel has been acting quite different since yesterday. He is fluffed up all the time and sleeping on my shoulder during the day which he usually doesn't. His eyes are also closing slowly like he is really tired. Yesterday he also spewed up a few seed things. Is he just tired or could he be sick?
