In what way does this answer violate the community guidelines?

Yahoo is a joke. Perfectly good answers like yours get deleted, while violent racist Nazi propaganda is allowed to stay up for days on end. Yahoo is apparently run by a bunch of mutant Nazis or something.

You only need one half-wit to hit the 'Report' button to get you deleted...Regardless of the content.

If someone wants to make trouble for you they can.

Appealing these decisions seems to be a waste of time, however obviously wrong the 'report' was.

You need to understand that you "violate the community guidelines" if someone takes exception to what you wrote and flags your posting. It really has nothing to do with whether your post may rationally be considered objectionable. There is also the possibility that your post will be flagged by some dimwit troll.

Appeal your deletion.

"I'm not a meat eater so I probably wont help much, but I was for 12 years, so I might be able to help some. When I still ate meat, I was highly against animal cruelty but I never thought about the way farm animals are slaughtered. I kind of just ignored the fact until I decided to become vegetarian (I still eat fish though because fish is extremely good for you and I got sick of salads really fast) and I highly regret it. Farm animals have the right to live as much as any other, and I hope people will soon realize that they are technically eating murder. In addition to what I said prior to, any one with a brain should be able to recognize the fact that being vegetarian is simply the better thing to do. A few years ago, yes, we needed meat to survive, now, not so much. Thanks for reading despite me not being a omnivore."

The question was asking if Meat Eaters are opposed to animal cruelty, and I gave my honest answer, despite me not being a meat eater any more. Why is this considered a violation?
