If an aggressive Spider crawl on you?

will it still attack you, even if you dont move at all?

Well, There are only a couple spiders worldwide so aggressive that might attack/bite a human without provocation. Spiders you will encounter are going to be timid, and run from you before they would bite.

The only time a spider will bite just crawling on you is if it gets trapped or smacked against the skin, and all but a few spiders would be little more than just another bug bite.

Spiders are dumb little nits, and unless you spook them, they don't even know you exist.

Most spiders also have poor eyesight, so poking a finger at them or gently touching their web, they could mistake your finger for a bug and try to bite.

I have only been bitten 8 times in my life, 4 for trapping spiders under clothing,(2 widows and 2 grass spiders) ,3 for trapping them between my fingers trying to catch them, and a huge wolf spider protecting babies trying to catch her. (my bad)

The widow bites were not a pleasant experience, but the rest were not so bad I couldn't ignore them.

Consider that I have handled thousands of spiders in my day, the last thing I worry about are bites.

Many spiders can't bite, many simply don't bite.

If your worried about a spider crawling on you, just let it crawl onto your hand then crawl off or web off.

If you stay perfectly still, a spider might crawl across you, but go on its way oblivious to your presence.

I'd probably quickly and with out thinking - violently sweep it off me - and probably with my hands!!!

Spiders have the right to live - but NOT on me!! :) Freek me right out!!! :)
