it was most likely a parakeet or parrot
I know it's not much of a question, but where I live I've never seen a bird like that. It was flying, so I couldn't get a good look, just saw the bright color. What kind of bird could this be? Do you think it was a house bird who escaped or was let go? That's what I'm thinking.
