You should call a your local wildlife derpartment or an animal shelter to take it in. In the mean time, the bird may be hungry, and if so, you can feed it moistened cat food. See the link I provided on how to prepare the cat food. Don't feed it baby bird food from stores, that's made for pet birds and not appropriate for wild birds. Also, keep the bird dry, warm, and in a quiet place.
I have 2 nestling birds. The nest fell out of the tree. They're moving around and I have them in grass and toilet paper. I have a getting pad around the box. What should I do?
