Well it may not be dangerous but just to be safe call a friend or relative that might know more about the topic than you do or get gloves and carry it wherever u want
Spray everything that came in contact with it liberally with this:
Take it to a university for analysis. If it's real, you may be able to make some money for it. It's not dangerous to touch.
If you touch it you will get superpowers :)
