Yes! She is indeed 'in love' or more so she has found her mate. To get your new budgie more tame just keep holding her and such. A way to get her to be more near you is to have your other budgie with you and she will follow. When or if you want them to have babies, get a large nesting cage, and two nesting boxes, and make sure they are atleast a year old. She's still afraid of me, but keeps close to my male budgie. Are they... in love? Because that would be adorable! Where ever he flies, she follows him. And where ever she goes, he follows her. (Yes, I let her out of the cage. They go back in when they're tired.) I hand feed my budgies to tame them, in case you're wondering. But anyway, are they a couple now? ;D Harley Quinn, my new budgie, is a little over 7 months and Joker, my male budgie is 9 months old.
